Este informe sobre necesidades educativas especiales y multiculturalidad es el resumen del estudio by the European Agency for the Development of Education of Students with Special Needs, at the request of representatives of the countries that comprise it.
The aim was to answer three key questions:
a) To what extent the acquisition of a second language is linked or can be confused with learning difficulties?
b) How are evaluated and skills nesidades of students of immigrant origin?
c) How to assist and support teachers, families and students in the most effective?
During the three-year project, national experts from 25 European countries participated in the collection and analysis of information in your country. This work has led to very interesting answers to the questions above.
As this is a first attempt to compile this information at European level, there are more doubts and questions than answers have dado.Por can therefore be expected that this study opens the door for future research on this issue.
